Join the First LiveWell Virtual Learning Collaborative of 2021!

New Virtual Learning Collaborative Launches March 3

The LiveWell Method is a proven, comprehensive, and easy way to improve the quality of life for people living and working in long term care facilities. With COVID, it is crucial to have strong operational and management systems in place. One administrator recently said: “You are doing excellent at adapting your training to Zoom. It’s every bit as good as a classroom location seminar. I know my staff are enjoying, and enthusiastically trying to implement the principles because they see value in the concepts.” You too can share this administrator's experience!

LiveWell communities are using huddles, community quality boards, resident status-at-a-glance tools, and safety calendars to:

  • Track time and location of falls, medication errors, skin issues, call-offs, lunch breaks

  • Communicate about key issues and events taking place daily, including info on the vaccine rollout, COVID testing, visitation, and activities.

LiveWell Leader Program

Is your community interested in using the LiveWell Method to do a deeper dive into measuring and tracking falls, staff turnover, administration of antipsychotic medications, and other issues? We are starting a new program called the LiveWell Leader, open to any community that would like to quantify how LiveWell improves the quality of care and decreases costs over time. Guardian Angel Homes based in Hermiston, OR is our first LiveWell Leader. Email Barbara if you would like more information.

Wishing You a Safe and Hope-filled Season from Your LiveWell Team,
— Barbara, Lisa, Ann, Cindy, Steve, Marcus, Paula, Serena, and Judy
